Returns & Exchange
We want you to love everything you get from Dirty Birdie Golf. If something’s not quite right, we’ve made our returns and exchanges process simple and stress-free. Just drop us a message at info@dirtybirdiegolf.co.uk, and we’ll send you all the details you need to get started. We aim to get back to all messages within 1–2 business days.
If your item arrives faulty or isn’t what you ordered, let us know —we’ll make it right. We stand behind the quality of our gear and will always do our best to leave you with a positive experience.
Items can be returned or exchanged within 30 days of purchase, as long as they’re in new, unused condition —no marks, odours, or signs of wear. All returns are inspected once received.
If there’s a defect, we’ll cover the cost of sending you a replacement. For standard returns or exchanges, shipping is at the customer’s expense.
Running late? If your parcel hasn’t arrived within the expected timeframe, just get in touch —we’ll happily look into it for you and help resolve it
